Before Care

  • Exfoliate your skin before your appointment to remove any dead skin or other impurities.

  • Hydrated skin will achieve the best, most flawless glow.

  • Do any shaving the day before. If you’re waxing or using laser hair removal, do this 2-3 days before your tan.

  • 1 hour before your tan, rise very well, using a wet loofah with no product, and scrubbing like never before. Pat dry and ensure there are no products on your skin.

  • Mae sure you’re all natural to ensure an even glow.

  • Wear loose clothing to ensure you don’t smudge or streak your tan when you’re getting dressed.

After Care

  • Avoid Sweating and activities that will cause you to sweat in the first 12 hours.

  • After your appointment wait the recommended time, and wear loose clothing and remain dry.

  • For your first rinse, shower with cool water, no soap or any other products should be used.

  • Moisturize every day using a sulphate free moisturizer.

  • Avoid hot spaces such as sauna's, hot tubs & steam rooms.

  • I offer glow coverage for 24 hours after your appointment, for touch ups and fixes.

How do I prepare for a spray tan?

To prepare for a spray tan, exfoliate your skin to remove dead cells, shave or wax 24 hours before the session, and avoid using moisturizers, deodorants, or perfumes on the day of the spray tan. Wear loose, dark clothing to prevent rubbing off the tan.

What if I have eczema or psoriasis?

Ensure that 2 days before your spray tan you discontinue the use of any topical cream you are using for treatment, as it may affect the development of your spray tan and let me know your affected areas. As well as a highly recommend having the HydraGlow service as the formula is designed for sensitive skin and has the correct ingredients to ensure no irritation.
